A lovely example of an antique silver plated snuff box dating from around 1800. It is an oval shape with a hinged lid and is decorated with delicate engraved decoration on the lid and the name 'H.Lilley'.
It is in good condition. It has signs of age and use and has picked up some small knocks, scratches and minor surface marks but the hinge is strong and there are no major damages. The plating has worn and tarnished in places but overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
