A nice example of a silver bowl decorated in beautiful repousse with traditional dutch figures, windmills and swirling leaves. It has a pretty dot punched border and stands on a small pedestal foot. It is stylish and good quality, weighing approximately 130g.
It is clearly hallmarked for Samuel Boyce Landeck, Sheffield, 1898 and it also carries the foreign import marks from Holland.
It is in very good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and light scratches inside and some minor signs of age and use and a small dent on the foot but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and displays beautifully.
