Good example of a large antique copper jug. It is good quality with its original lead excise duty stamps, marked "GR", and the jug is stamped 1/2 Gallon on the front.
It is in good original condition and displays well. There are no major damages, splits or holes. There are lots of signs of age and use, some dents, dinks and surface marks but nothing untoward. It has been cleaned and gently polished to retain its aged patina and is ready for use.
