A lovely small pine cupboard dating from the early 20th Century. It is most likely continental and has a drawer above a cupboard with a shelved interior. The cupboard doors are panelled and come with their original working key. The drawer has wooden knobs and has at some point been felt lined and divided into sections, ideal for cutlery. The cupboard stands on bun feet and has nicely carved corbels and reeded mouldings.
It is in good condition and the pine has a nice mellow colour. The interior is generally clean and tidy. There are some signs of age and use, some minor marks and knocks here and there but nothing detrimental. It has suffered from worm at some point and there are various old holes (see photos) but we are satisfied that it is historic and have treated it as a precaution. Overall it displays very nicely and is ready for use.
