Good example of an antique cast iron boot scraper dating from the late 19th Century. Well made and a very decorative piece with a wonderful weathered patina. The top of the scraper is stamped "209".
It is in good original condition with no major damages. After years of use the top part of the scraper has a slight lean to one side but it is strong and sturdy and will continue to withstand plenty of use.
