A lovely wall mounted brass dinner gong dating from the early 20th century. It is excellent quality with an oval brass gong suspended from brass arms mounted to a shaped wooden plaque. There is a bracket below the gong on which the beater is suspended.
It is in good condition for its age. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and displays very well. There are some minor signs of age and use and some tarnishing on the brass but nothing detrimental.
