Product Details

A fine porcelain scent bottle shaped and decorated as a speckled bird's egg, with a solid sterling silver screw top and collar clearly hallmarked for Sampson Mordan & Co, London, 1886.

On the base is the registration number "20772" assigned to James Macintyre, Washington China Works, Burslem.

It is very small and measures approximately 1 1/4" (3.5cm) long x 3/4" (2cm) wide.

It is in very good condition. There is no damage to the egg. There are some minor surface marks and small dinks to the silver top but nothing detrimental and it displays very well.
