A lovely oak wall cupboard dating from the mid to late 18th century, most likely originally used as a spice cupboard. It has two panelled doors with naively carved diamond shaped motifs. It has a small brass knob and a wooden closing latch. The doors open to a shelved interior with three small drawers below.
It is in good original condition with a wonderful rich patina. There are some signs of age and use, some small chips and knocks but no major damages and overall it displays very well. The hinges have been changed at some point and there have been some historic repairs but nothing untoward. It has been cleaned and given a gentle polish and is ready for use.
