A lovely oak side table of small proportions dating from the mid to late 18th Century. It has an over-hanging oak top set on tapering legs with pad feet and a single long drawer with brass plate handles.
It is in good condition for its age. There are signs of age and use but no major damages. There has been a repair to the corner of the drawer and there has also been a repair to one foot. The handles are not original but have been on there for some time and suit the piece well. There are some minor signs of historic woodworm but that hasn't affected the table aesthetically or structurally and it has all been treated as a precaution. The table is strong and sturdy and displays beautifully. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
