Product Details

A fine example of a Georgian silver teapot. It is an elegant bulbous shape sitting on a round foot with finely engraved scrolling decoration, a wooden knop finial and a wooden handle. It is good quality, weighing a total of 357g.

It is clearly hallmarked on the underside for London, 1780 and the maker Thomas Pratt & Arthur Humphries.

It is in good condition for its age and displays beautifully. There are a few scuffs on the wooden handle and there are some minor signs of age and use and some general light surface marks but no major dents or damages.
