A fabulous convex wall mirror dating from the early 19th century. It has a gilded frame with applied ball decoration and ebonised reeded slip. There is an impressive eagle perched on the top and carved leaf decoration below the mirror. It has its original convex mirror glass which has a few small age spots.
The mirror is in good condition and is strong and sturdy. There have been some old repairs and it has been re-painted at some point but it is bright and vibrant and displays well. It has been lightly cleaned and is ready to hang.
