A large antique pine cupboard dating from the late 19th Century. with a shelved interior. It has two panelled doors with wooden knobs which open to a shelved interior and it comes with a working key. It has a lovely patina with lots of character and would make a great larder cupboard or linen cupboard.
It is in good condition and has been cleaned and given a smooth waxed finish, retaining its lovely aged patina. The shelves inside are generally clean and tidy although there are a few old stains and marks. There are of course signs of age and use, some old shrinkage splits and marks and knocks here and there but nothing untoward or detrimental. There are signs of historic worm (see photos) which has all been treated as a precaution and hasn't affected the cupboard structurally or aesthetically. The cupboard displays very nicely and is ready for use.
