A large narrow mirror dating from the mid to late 19th century. It has a wide chamfered oak frame with an inset silver gilt slip. It is a good quality piece with a panelled wooden back.
It is in good original condition. There are signs of age and use, some minor knocks and marks and a small chip to the edge of the frame but nothing detrimental or untoward and it displays well. The mirror plate has a few minor spots and marks but no damages. It has been lightly cleaned and is ready to hang.
