A lovely satinwood chest of drawers dating from the early 20th Century. It is a good large size and offers plenty of storage with two short over three long drawers. The drawers have their original brass plate handles and are flanked by reeded columns. The sides are panelled and it stands on a plinth base. It is a good quality piece and very well made with a lovely rich patina.
It is in good original condition. The drawers open well and are generally clean and tidy inside. There are the usual signs of wear, some minor marks and light knocks and small old shrinkage splits but nothing detrimental or untoward. They have been cleaned and gently polished and are ready for use.
