A good quality mahogany towel rail dating from the mid to late 19th Century. It has turned supports with attractive ball finials and stands on two splayed feet.
It is in good condition and is strong and sturdy. The mahogany has a lovely rich patina and there are no major damages. There are a few minor knocks and marks and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been cleaned and gently polished and is ready for use.
