Antique Technical Drawing Set

Good example of a late 19th / early 20th Century technical drawing set contained within its original fitted wooden box. The box is superb quality with a brass inlaid escutcheon, matching cartouche and a fitted velvet line interior. There are 9 individual brass instruments fitted inside the case, one with a bone (cow / bovine) handle. The top layer lifts out to reveal more storage space below which currently has a couple of pencils and lead in it.

Approximate Measurements:

Length : 7" (18cm)

Width : 4" (10cm)

Height : 1 1/2" (4cm)

The whole set is in good condition and displays very nicely. It has obviously been well looked after and all the instruments are in good condition. There is some minor wear and light tarnishing / rust on some of the metal parts but nothing detrimental. The wooden box is in good condition with just some light scuffs and surface scratches however we do not have a key.

The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions please ask.
