Sterling Silver Desk Calendar

Circa 1930

Gorgeous Art Deco desk calendar in a solid silver frame on an ebonised wood base with monthly cards and a feature to cross out the days that have passed.

It's a beautifully made desk calendar that has a great vintage Art Deco look. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1930 and has a makers mark W.J.M & Co.

The back of the calendar is held on by two clips and this enables the month cards to be turned over and changed. There are two knobs that pull a red line across the calendar and enable the days to be crossed out.

Approximate Measurements :

Width : 8"

Height : 5"

Depth : 1 1/2"

It's in excellent condition for its age and is clearly hallmarked. The silver frame has some small dents and marks here and there but nothing major. All double sided month cards are here and in good condition and the crossing out system works smoothly.

This really is a fine desk calendar and is one of the best I've seen. You won't be disappointed.
