Antique Silver Pepper Shakers
A lovely pair of Victorian solid Sterling Silver pepper shakers. They are a classical style with square footed bases and urn shaped bodies with round ribbed shakers topped with finials. They are good quality with weighted bases.
They are clearly hallmarked for William Henry Leather, Birmingham, 1901.
They are both in good condition for their age. There are some faint surface marks, a few light scratches and small dinks but nothing untoward for their age. The finial on one is slightly wonky and the seam near the top of the shaker has slightly split (see photo) but they still display well. They have been gently cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
