Antique Solid Silver Bowl
A fine example of an antique solid silver bowl. It is a stylish piece with a flared rim and lined detail. It would probably have been used as a sugar bowl or bonbon dish. It is good quality, weighing approximately 118g. It is clearly hallmarked for London, 1915. The top part of the maker's mark has rubbed so isn't quite distinguishable.
It is in good condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are signs of age and use, some small dinks and minor dents around the body and some light internal surface marks and scratches but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and displays well.
