Antique Solid Silver Salver
A fine example of a large solid silver salver dish with raised rim set on 3 ball and claw feet. It is beautifully engraved with a vacant central cartouche. It is stylish and good quality, weighing approximately 588g.
It is clearly hallmarked for Martin, Hall & Co, London, 1868.
It is in excellent condition for its age. There are some minor signs of age and use, faint surface marks and a few light surface scratches and small dinks but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and displays beautifully.
