Victorian Silver Vesta Case
A fine example of an antique Sterling Silver vesta case. It is engraved with a pretty swirling leaf pattern, has a hinged lid and a ribbed base for striking.
It is clearly hallmarked for Charles Boyton, London, 1897.
It is good quality and well made, weighing approximately 24g and measuring 4.5cm long x 3.5cm wide.
It is in excellent condition with a clear hallmark. There are no damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and minor signs of age but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
