Antique Silver Coffee Pot
Sheffield, 1902

A fine example of a large solid sterling silver tea or coffee pot with an elegant shape, ribbed detail to the base and ebonised handles. It is engraved on one side with the letter 'A' and on the other side with the letter 'W'.

It is stylish and excellent quality, weighing a total of 456g with the handles. It is fully hallmarked for Atkin Brothers, Sheffield, 1902.

Approximate Measurements :
Length : 6" (15cm)
Width : 4" (10cm)
Height : 8" (20cm)
It is in good condition for its age and the hallmark is clear. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There is a small mark on the top finial where it looks like a small section has melted slightly (see photo) and there is also a scuff on the edge of the spout lip. There are some general faint surface scratches and a few light surface marks and small dinks/dents but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished is ready for use.
The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions please ask.
