Pair of Antique Silver Knife Rests
A fine pair of good quality Sterling Silver knife rests with stylish ball ends joined by an ivory centre. They are both fully hallmarked for Martin Hall & Co, Sheffield, 1901.
They are in excellent condition. The hallmarks are clear with some light wear and rubbing. There is a old hairline crack down the middle of one piece of ivory (see photo) but no other major damages and they display beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
