London, 1936

A fine example of a Sterling Silver sauce boat with an elegant scroll handle and three hoofed legs with scallop tops. It is stylish and superb quality, weighing approximately 97g. It is fully hallmarked for London, 1936 and for the maker Richard Woodman Burbridge who was director of Harrods at the time.

Approximate Measurements :
Length : 6 1/2" (16cm)
Height : 3 1/2" (9cm)
Width : 3 1/2" (9cm)

It is in excellent condition. The hallmark is slightly rubbed but still clear and readable. There are no damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint internal surface scratches and a few very light surface marks and dinks but nothing detrimental. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
